What we deliver that others don’t deliver?

  1. Most companies providing you with dedicated servers just provide you with the dedicated server.  You are responsible for setting up the web server, databases, installing custom software, etc.

    2. Dynamic Net’s dedicated servers are fully managed. We will set up your web sites, install database software, install custom software, and handle the day to day needs of your server.

    This is the equivalent of a dedicated server and a complete IT department at your finger tips.

     

  2. Most companies providing dedicated servers only provide the most basic of server monitoring. They may tell you they have a N.O.C. (network operations center) manned 24 x 7. What they do not tell you is their monitoring system only checks your servers anywhere from once every 15 minutes to once per hour.

    3. Dynamic Net uses We Manage Servers’ Enterprise Network Monitoring System to monitor your dedicated server’s health every 60 seconds.  Problems are reported automatically to our tech support staff who are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

     

  3. Most companies providing dedicated servers do not keep your servers up to date in terms of security updates and software patches.  According to industry experts, there are at least 60 security patches per month.

    4. Dynamic Net uses We Manage Server’s Security Patch service to ensure your dedicated server is not left open to hackers due to a security patch not being installed in a timely manner.

We are often the "managed services" behind such companies as NTT/Verio and Rackspace.com.

We have been in business since June 1995, and providing Internet services since September 1996.

We have experienced long term relationships with the overwhelming majority of our clients; and, we view our customer focus and customer commitment as being a major factor why we have such low turn over compared to the industry (less than 1% per year).

Financial Status

We are a small, privately held Pennsylvania Corporation.

We have not received any venture capital funding; and, as such we have no concerns over trying to impress them with creative accounting measures.

Our customers are the reason why we are in business, and able to provide our services. And it is our customers to whom we have to impress with our consistent level of service and support.

Financially speaking we are cash flow positive, and showing a fair profit.
